baji999 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the baji999 platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and us.
1 General Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji999 platform and all its related services. When you register, log in, or use any service on baji999, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.
Any adult aged 21+ residing in Bangladesh is eligible to register on this platform. However, individuals belonging to any prohibited category listed below may not use this service.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
The following conditions must be met to open an account on baji999:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Only one account may be opened per person.
- A mobile number may be linked to one account only.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
baji999 may request relevant documents to verify your identity at any time. Certain account features may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
2.3 Prohibited Persons
The following individuals may not use baji999:
- Any person under 21 years of age.
- Any person previously banned by baji999.
- Any person residing in a region where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- baji999 officers and employees, and their immediate family members.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your baji999 account secure. Never share your username or password with any third party.
3.1 Password Management
Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you forget your password, it can be recovered via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
An account may not be used by more than one person. Sharing an account or allowing a third party to use it is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or closure of the account.
3.3 Suspicious Activity
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the baji999 support team immediately. The user is responsible for any loss arising from failure to report in time.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on baji999 is ৳100. This limit applies to each payment method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major commercial banks).
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered in the user's own name. Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.3 Source of Funds
The user must confirm that the funds being deposited come entirely from a legitimate source. If funds from an illegal source are used, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
baji999 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and those apply separately.
- The same person may not claim a bonus more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
- baji999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system (such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses) is a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed on baji999, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, baji999 reserves the right to refund the bet amount to the user's account.
6.2 Odds Changes
Odds in sports betting may change at any time. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was confirmed.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any form of fraud or deceptive tactics.
- Playing using software bots or automation tools.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in a game or the system.
- Attempting to drain bonuses by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage).
7 VIP Program and Cashback
baji999's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
To receive cashback, the user's account must be active and in good standing. The maximum cashback that can be earned is set separately for each VIP tier.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
baji999 places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.

8.1 Sharing Information with Third Parties

10.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting baji999 support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn through support before the account is closed.
11 Limitation of Liability
baji999 accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical issues on the platform, server outages, or failures of third-party services.
If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection, baji999 will make a decision according to its established process and that decision will be considered final.

14 Changes to Terms and Enforceability
baji999 may amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of the Terms shall be considered authoritative.
